Founded as Asset Plan Services, focused on residential and commercial construction.
DBENA SDN. BHD. incorporated on 26 June 2023, initially specialising in mosque and surau interiors.
Expanded into house building, renovation, interior design and opened our own cabinet factory.
Three brands (D’Raudah, Dreca Design, DREKA) and a team of 30+, registered with CIDB Grade G4.
Chairs the DBENA board and steers the company toward becoming a preferred contractor across Peninsular Malaysia.
Bachelor of Civil Engineering (UTM) with 15+ years in construction, infrastructure planning and property development. Experienced with DBKL, MBPJ, MPSJ, MPAJ, Putrajaya Corporation, JPS, IWK and SYABAS.
25+ years across high-rise residential, mixed development, infrastructure and Oil & Gas, including the Malaysia LNG Tiga Expansion (USD2.5 billion). Rose from Site Supervisor to Project Manager.
Bachelor's in Quantity Surveying (UiTM) with 10+ years in operations, quantity surveying and contract administration, on projects worth up to RM380 million.
BSc (Hons) International Business with IT, Coventry University (UK). Experience at RHB Bank and ASTRO, and co-founder of a marketing agency. Drives DBENA's marketing, brand and business development.
Our Shah Alam factory runs its own CNC router, edge bander and spray booth. That is how we control quality, lead time and price, from cutting panels to installation in your home.
